is it possible to think of nothing?

WOW! looking around my room I feel at a loss. I actually have my own space and it seems so empty...I have put a few posters up and pictures but it just seems to highlight the vast space between them around the room. I always believed that a persons room (or personal space - everyone should have some) should reflect their mind, their favourite colours, their inspiration etc. My room however seems to have empty space and my head is far from that. it is crammed, jam packed with colour, spinning, twirling, neon blinding colour, there are no gaps, no spaces to retreat. it really is impossible for me to think of nothing because there is nowhere to create a space.

Do I work on creating a space or do I cram my room like my head full if stuff - no crap. ???
