I think my writers block is slowly but surely seeping from my body unblocking all the passages between my heart and my brain. I pulled out my ideas folder the other day and started to annotate some old stuff. I also searched the net for writing competitions, not to win, mainly because some of them offer a free critique if you enclose a self addressed envelope ( see links). I would like to get some other opinions besides my friends, not that they are not important but I want to broaden the scope of opinion.
Apart from this, not much has happened apart from me spending a lot more time with my friends, we have been out for food, drink and karaoke and having a spectacular time. These people are the most important in my life and I want to show them how much I care. Those who choose money over love should stop reaching for their credit card every time they meet with a friend and be content with a coffee and a giggle.
